These liners and more exact this type of suspensionsystem are from the mid 1970's, and were developed from the early '70,s as a part of the LINCLOE ( Lightweight Individual Clothing and Equipment ) program.
Here is my helmet with Welson-Davis suspension system:
It is not dated nor has it any markings, the linershell is of the nylon type and is made by Marmac.
