Hi Nico, welcome, I remember a store in Marseilles in the early 90's that had a pile of M1's for sale, many seemed to be complete WWII pieces, I don't think any have remained after all this long, would you know how the store was called?

Regards,
Cesar.

Cesar, was it the Tom and Jerry Surplus store ? In one of the corners of the shop they had a Normandy relic showcase with helmets and rusty stuff is that the one ?
They used to advertise in Militaria Magazine.

Tom and jerry surplus store do not sell militaria any more, they change to "Tom and Jerry 4x4" since 5 years or more.

Yes, that is the one, that was my first trip to France in 1993 and I will never forget it. I remember another smaller militaria store in Marseilles too, which was kept by a lady during part of the day.
